Shipping policy

HealthNutri is operated by Fulfillment Depot, LLC. Our products are shipped directly by our fulfillment supplier, BLACKLABEL Supplements.

Destinations

We offer shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, subject to the destination and service availability shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international checkout.

Shipping charges

Customers pay the applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout. Available rates depend on the supplier's services and the order. If the supplier offers a zero-cost shipping rate for your order, checkout will reflect that rate. Any applicable shipping charge and tax are displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times vary with the product, destination, order volume and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Processing and transit are separate stages; an order confirmation does not mean an order has shipped.

If we cannot ship within a stated shipping timeframe, or within the applicable legal timeframe when no shipping timeframe was stated, we will notify you and provide the required option to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund.

Tracking and separate shipments

When shipment information becomes available, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when provided by the carrier. Items may arrive in separate shipments. Contact us if you need help locating your order.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before completing payment. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a delivery issue, or your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, use Contact HealthNutri and include your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. Carrier involvement does not remove your applicable consumer rights.
